Le Vent is my tender affection for music, my exploration of styles, sounds and who I am as an artist.

In the making of this album, I put my knowledge and experience at the service of my music, to create something that resembles me and is a little out of the ordinary in jazz. The composition and interpretation of this album allowed me to discover new facets of myself. 

A blend of jazz, Middle Eastern music and even metal is in perfect harmony, inviting others into my world.

The genesis of "Le Vent" comes from all my influences and idols, drawing my inspiration mainly from the musicians Avishai Cohen, Dhafer Youssef, Brad Mehldau and Shai Maestro. Influenced by these artists, whom I've been listening to since I was a teenager. I try to include their otherworldly sound and their particular energies in the pieces on the album, two of which in particular, where I called on the oudist Mohamed Masmoudi to bring out this "Middle Eastern" side. 

Piece by piece, Le Vent moves from a calm and soothing atmosphere, synonymous with a quiet morning with a cup of coffee in hand, to a more dynamic ambience that awakens the senses and recalls the pulsation of a living heart.

In this first album, I present seven compositions that illustrate my daily life.
